How can I help?
Do you long to tap more deeply into your own truth? I offer guidance along the way. This is profound spiritual work, and at the same time it has immense practical value: When we cultivate a deeper sense of truth, courage, clarity, and compassion, these very qualities empower us in our relationships, our work, our decisions, our responses to scary challenges, and our ability to pursue beautiful visions.
I offer support in a way that's deeply transformative, creative, imaginative, ease- and playful. I'll meet you with radical empathy and presence, with an appreciation for your personal history, challenges, and goals—and a knowing that what you are is always so much bigger than that.

Here's what I'm offering

1
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions meet you exactly where you are. They provide a space in which we focus on the specifics of your situation, including your personal resources, strengths, goals, and growing edges. That way, these sessions are great both for current, time-sensitive challenges (such as decisions, conflicts, etcetera) and in support of profound longer-term transformation.
100 euros for a 60-minute session, 500 euros for a 6-session package. Sliding scale options available on request. 20 minute discovery call: for free.
2
Course: Saying "No"
—as an act of love
Saying "No" can be scary!
Doing it in a wise, clear, loving way is a profound—and rare—skill. With this course, I invite you to cultivate that very skill. We’ll move away from tragic misconceptions, such as that saying No might be selfish. Instead, we’ll explore how saying No can be an expression of love, clarity, and deep care. A highly experiential course—most of our growth will happen in exercises.
6-week online-course with one session per week. 180 euros, sliding scales options available on request. Dates to be determined. Preregister (without commitment) if you’re interested, and I’ll notify you once dates have been set.
3
Course: Speaking our truth—with care and clarity
We should be honest, right?Actually, no! In my experience, that's a dangerous misconception. I believe being truthful has nothing to do with being a good person—and everything with being happy, healthy, and effective in promoting meaningful change. Being truthful is a choice I have, and a choice I want to opt for whenever I can. Often, it may be a scary choice, too. So this course supports you in learning the skills that make being truthful a way of life, love, and deep care.

Here's how I work

These are some common issues people work on with me:

-
A deep wish to reconnect with one's truth and cultivate it as a compass
-
A deep wish to transform conflicts, either within oneself or with other people, such as romantic partners, business partners, or family members
-
A deep wish to mature as a true leader, to contribute to a sense of change and guidance in a troubled world
-
A deep wish to create more clarity for grounded choices and decisions
-
A deep wish to meet transitions, such as into a new relationship, a new job, or moving to a new place, with more wisdom and vitality
-
A deep wish to stay true to what matters most when faced with grief and loss, for example of a loved one, a job, or a health issue
-
A deep wish to replace old, limiting beliefs and behaviours that don’t serve life anymore with new ones that bring out a sense of vibrancy instead
-
And many other deep wishes that are individual and arise from your own uniqueness
