If you subscribe to my newsletter, I use your email address – and, if voluntarily provided, your first name – to occasionally send you emails with impulses, resources, and information on neurodivergence, unmasking, and authentic self-development. The newsletter is sent based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email in a double opt-in procedure to ensure that the subscription was indeed initiated by you. The newsletter is sent via an email service provider (currently: Wix.com Ltd.), which processes the data on my behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Depending on the service provider used, data may also be processed outside the European Union. In such cases, appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision) are applied. To optimize my content, I may use simple email statistics (e.g., whether an email was opened or a link was clicked). We use Google Ads and conversion tracking to analyze and optimize our advertisements. Cookies may be used in this process. Where required, processing is based on your consent.
