I occasionally offer workshops aimed at cultivating the practice of radical empathy with regard to specific topics such as empathy and the body, empathy and meditation, or empathy, pain, and healing. These workshops are meant to provide a safe and brave space for shared exploration with other like-minded and -hearted people.​ Currently, I don't have any public workshops scheduled in English, but you can check out my German workshops, book me to bring a workshop to your community or company, or explore these topics in individual sessions with me.
