Empathy, embodiment and mindfulness: unmasking explained
Offerings for neurodivergent people who'd like to explore their own truth, tap into a new sense of empowerment, and create a way of living that feels deeply aligned with who they are
What's your deepest inner request?
What brings you alive? What supports you not just in meeting expectations and demands, but in cultivating true joy, fulfillment, and clarity?

For many neurodivergent people, answers to these questions don't come easy. From an early age, they often learned to adapt to an environment that didn't really consider their own inner logic and needs. That's called masking, and it's entirely unconscious. So on the outside, neurodivergent people may not stand out, they seem to fit in, are successful by mainstream standards. But on the inside, they often have a sense of emptiness, exhaustion, or disorientation.

I support my clients in establishing a deeper connection with their own individual needs — and in living their lives more freely, more fully, and with a greater sense of inspiration.

Who are these offerings intended for?
I work with adults who want to create lives that feel more aligned and closely connected with their own needs. Some of my clients have received a formal neurodivergence diagnosis, such as autism, ADHD, AuDHD, or giftedness.

Others wonder whether they might meet the criteria for such a diagnosis. And still others simply recognize this underlying feeling of rarely being truly understood in their needs — and therefore often living out of alignment with them.

In my work, the focus is not on diagnoses or other labels. What matters is your lived reality: if you recognize yourself in the desire for greater inner coherence, clarity, and orientation, you're in the right place here.
Who may not benefit from this kind of work?
This offering may not be the right fit for you if…

-
… you’re primarily looking for tips and techniques aimed at self-optimization
-
… you're hoping to learn concrete strategies aimed at just restoring your ability to function
-
… your current focus is mainly on assessment, medication, or formal documentation
In my work, the focus is on self-understanding, a stronger sense of empowerment, and moving toward a more joyful, fulfilling way of living. If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit for you, we can explore that together in a free discovery call.

And who's offering support here?
I’m a Focusing-oriented therapist, a trainer in Nonviolent Communication, and a teacher of applied mindfulness. Together, these approaches form a powerful yet gentle path toward unmasking and living with greater integrity. I’ve walked this path myself, and now I support others in walking it.

These approaches offer direct and intimate access to your inner world: to feelings, needs, and subtle inner movements that are often overshadowed in everyday life. They help you see yourself more clearly, sense yourself more fully, and honour your experience — even in challenging situations or when faced with others’ expectations. In my work, I’ve thoughtfully adapted these methods to the particular needs and lived realities of neurodivergent people.

Put simply, my work is grounded both in extensive professional training and in a deep personal journey of growth. I don’t accompany people from a place of clinical distance, but from lived experience — steady, reflective, and professional, with genuine respect for each person’s uniqueness.

How does this work look like in practice — and what does it cost?
Most clients come with a specific, somewhat urgent issue — a challenge in their job, a conflict with their partner, or a decision they're stuck with. Often, 3-5 sessions are enough to create greater clarity and momentum here: You might regain access to your sense of agency and creativity, discover new perspectives, and work out a new solution that feels aligned with your values and needs.

Some people choose to continue working with me for a longer time. In such a case, our work will be more about deepening an ongoing, reliable connection to your own needs — and reorienting your life in a way that feels true to you. We can meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly. You decide what rhythm serves you best and how long you’d like to continue. If you’re unsure, we can figure it out together.

A 60-minute session costs €90. You can also book a package of 6 sessions for €500. In addition to individual work, I support clients through courses and workshops.

What do I stand for in this work?
The kind of inner development I support requires safe, grounded spaces, and it's my deep wish to provide those. I’m keenly aware that people experience safety, visibility, and belonging in very different ways. Cultural background, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, trauma, and other systemic factors can profoundly shape how we perceive others, and how we're perceived by them. I'm committed to ongoing training and reflection around these realities, so that I can consciously integrate them into my work.

I continue to deepen my practice through supervision, peer consultation, and further training. My work rests both on solid professional qualifications and on a long personal path of practice:
-
15+ years of daily meditation practice, including 3 years of residential practice in Buddhist centers and monasteries
-
trainer for Nonviolent Communication (certified, 7-year training)
-
Focusing-oriented counsellor and coach (certified, 2-year training)
-
teacher for Mindful Self-Compassion, MSC (1-year training)
-
yoga teacher and embodiment coach (certified)
-
additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)
-
licensed to practice psychotherapy in Germany (HPG)
